Good Friday morning! Today is going to be a beautiful day! Tomorrow the ladies of the congregation will get to enjoy our first Ladies Day event together since the pandemic began. What a wonderful day it will be to fellowship together and learn more from Gods word.
We have no birthdays to report this weekend.

Nathan Estes, a friend of Sydney Gothart (Cody’s sister and former member of Chase Park) was baptized Monday night, April 5, 2021. We rejoice with his decision! He had been studying with Cody and Sydney.
The Barnabas Project
We will reach out (through cards, prayers, helping as needed) to our visitors and family that have needs, spiritual and physical, with an outpouring of love and support. Pat is asking each one of us to sends cards and pray for Larry & Mildred Douglas. Mildred is a first cousin of Idova Lewis. Their daughter, Faren Douglas, passed away suddenly. Please keep Terry Nayman (Robyn Brumlow’s mom) in your prayers. She went to the hospital last week with blood pressure issues. Tests and X-rays found two masses on her lungs. One may be malignant. Please keep her and Robyn’s dad in your prayers.

Young Adults (College and Young Professionals)
Picnic and devotional at Chapman Mountain Preserve on Saturday, April 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the pavilion. Chips and desserts are needed. Don’t forget insect repellent. We are pleased to announce the Come-and-Go Bridal Shower of Kaylee Rosenblum, bride-elect of Curt Ingram, on Sunday, April 18, from 2:00—4:00 p.m., in the fellowship hall.
